Video: 2014 Chevy Camaro SS New Features Tour

If you’ve ever been quizzed by a car enthusiast about how to tell the difference between this model and that, or you’re an enthusiast eager to add to your mental library of impressive car knowledge, then this tour of the 2014 Chevy Camaro SS [1] features is for you. Introduced at the 2013 New York International Auto Show, John Fitzpatrick, the Chevrolet Marketing Manager for Performance Cars, gives us a walk-through of the restyled elements incorporated into this Camaro SS RS coupe.

The “halo ring” HID headlamps are carried over to the 2014 model, and functional fog lamps are added for the RS package. A new silver accent at the top of the grill gives flair to the revised fascia.

The rear is given a sleeker appearance by updating the tail lamps to a single lens, and the incandescent lights are replaced with LEDs to give the RS package a brighter, more distinct look. 2014_Camaro_SS_Rear [4]Although there are no big changes to the interior, the return of the Z/28 [5] has provided the opportunity to offer RECARO Performance Seats [6] as an option for both the SS and ZL1 models.

Overall, the updates to the 2014 Camaro SS and RS package are designed to differentiate from the V6 model. With that in mind, take notes while watching this video, so you too can impress your friends with your extensive knowledge of the 2014 Camaro’s styling intricacies.
