Cadillac rolled out a surprise concept car today at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in Monterey, California. The Cadillac Elmiraj Concept is a big, unapologetic coupe with a 500 horsepower twin-turbo V8 under the hood. It’s a home run all the way.
