EFILive Releases FlashScan V3 At The 2019 PRI Show In Indianapolis!

EFILive has been easily one of the aftermarket industry’s most popular forms of custom tuning. Their versions up until now have been filled with options for you and your tuner to scan, data log, and program your vehicle, unlocking maximum performance and outstanding drivability. Now, EFILive is proud to release their FlashScan V3.

The V3 will replace the FlashScan/AutoCal V2, and it will be better than ever. It has a large, easy to read color screen, a powerful ARM Cortex-M3, 32-bit CPU, and its built-in 512MB micro SD Card stores hundreds of tune files and/or hundreds of hours of logged data. The V3 will support up to 300 VIN licenses and will be organized via the VIN number, making it easier to keep track of licenses.

After talking with Guy Tripp, the U.S. contact for EFILive, it was clear that the V3 will certainly be more user-friendly and faster than ever. In fact, file transfers are going to be up to 10 times faster than the predecessor. It will display more comprehensive OBD-II results and descriptions.

Resellers can now customize menus, colors, and images to achieve their own corporate look and feel. Each of the V3 AutoCal’s will be equipped with rugged Molex connectors and will continue to be plug-and-play using Windows’ built-in USB Drivers. Also, they will have a battery-backed real-time clock for accurate timestamps.

Worried about running out of external power while in flash? There is a built-in power supply that will prevent data corruption during external power interruption.
