DiabloSport Pulsar LT Controller Gives You The Power

We all know that every manufacture is doing their best to keep the EPA at bay by adding more efficiency and technology to late-model vehicles. However, a lot of these new features have become a nuisance to the driving enthusiast. Thankfully companies like Powerteq and subsidiary DiabloSport have taken notes of our frustrations with the Pulsar LT.

DiabloSport has been in the tuning game since 2001. They’ve released countless held hand tuners that allow you to optimize your truck’s performance, stock or aftermarket, for years. Their new inline control modules are slightly different allowing you to bypass or adjust settings that are locked from the factory.  This control module will give you the power to tailor your late model truck to your liking.

Pulsar LT

The DiabloSport Pulsar LT for 2019-2020 GM 5.3L and 6.2L trucks is no different giving you full reign over the factory presetting’s. You can access and adjust speed limiter, TPMS, tire size, axle ratios, diagnostic trouble codes (DTC), permanently disable auto start/stop and disable Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM). Also included is a power level adjustment that allows you to choose from five different throttle sensitivity settings. All this working seamlessly via the cruise control buttons on your truck’s steering wheel.

…But why?

So why choose the DiabloSport Pulsar LT? Well for one, simplicity. It is a one-stop shop for all your bespoke needs. You no longer need to purchase a throttle booster, TPMS and tire size calibrator and a speed limiter adjuster to perform a fraction of what the Pulsar LT does.  The Pulsar LT is the definition of plug and play and requires only a few minutes to install in the engine bay. Concerned about warranty issues? No worries. When disconnected all features go back to factory settings, leaving no trace behind. The pulsar LT is also not VIN locked, so you can recoup some funds if you ever decide to sell.

Verdict

While not a tuner, the Pulsar LT is the next best thing. Its unobtrusive wiring, ease of install or uninstall, and ability to use factory controls to make adjustments on the fly make it a no-brainer. Owners of the Pulsar LT are already reporting an increase of 4-5 mpg and the annoyance of downshifting due to DFM being obsolete.  For the price of $458.95 you can avoid the plague of individual modules and the hassles of getting them to work together.  So if you want your late model truck to be your truck, then the Diablosport Pulsar LT is the ticket.
