If you are building a setup with a serious amount of boost, worm clamps just aren’t going to cut it. You need the security of V-bands, Vanjen, or HD clamps. Historically, that meant cutting the compressor housing on your fresh turbo and welding on a mating surface. It was a hassle. Turbosmart has solved this with the ingenious lock sleeve, a system that eliminates the welding process using a smart array of threaded collars and seals in either a straight or 90-degree orientation.

The Ingenious Lock Sleeve Design

Available in 2.5- and three-inch sizes, the concept is so simple it’s brilliant. The Top Ring slides onto the compressor outlet, while Sealing Rings sandwich between the Top and Bottom Rings to seal in the boost, up to 150 psi. The Bottom Ring threads onto the Top Ring, providing a surface for HD clamps to grab. No welding is required. It is a simple, yet incredibly useful part that you never knew you needed until now. It saves fabrication time and cleans up the appearance of your turbo and cold-side piping.

Centralizing Control With BoostHub

Turbosmart also debuted the BoostHub at SEMA 2025. This product simplifies life for builders by acting as a central command center for electronics. It takes inputs from flex-fuel sensors, EGTs, pressure sensors, and even the OBD-II port to manage boost or methanol injection. It pairs perfectly with the new eBoost3, the next-generation boost controller. The eBoost3 features a new full-color display and a built-in 3-bar MAP sensor, offering advanced control strategies like Overboost Shutdown, Peak/Hold Recall, and Boost on Demand.

Massive D-Frame Power

We also have to mention their largest turbo offering yet, the D-Frame 88/92. This bad boy is designed for serious builds, capable of supporting over 1,200 horsepower at the wheels. From the fabrication-saving lock sleeve to massive air-movers, Turbosmart’s 2025 lineup is all about making big power easier to manage.
