There’s something wonderfully excessive about the Cadillac Escalade, especially the Escalade V. Hailing from the brand that, in so many ways, is still the Standard Of The World, the Escalade has reigned at the pinnacle of American luxury for almost 30 years. And given the success of the ultra-luxurious Celestiq and Curated by Cadillac, GM believes there’s room for an even more extravagant Escalade.

Meet the 2027 Escalade V 125th Anniversary Collector Series, a limited-production tribute to 125 years of American luxury and performance. And when we say limited, we mean it, as Cadillac will produce just 252 examples of this special-edition rig. Each of the truck’s two available colors will feature commemorative numbering from 1902 through 2027, recognizing every year of Cadillac’s history, and availability will be restricted to the United States and Canada. Naturally, exclusivity comes at a price, with the anniversary edition starting at approximately $239,000.

A Supercharged Celebration

The Escalade-V is already one of the most outrageous SUVs on the market, combining the practicality of a full-size luxury vehicle with the unmistakable personality of a supercharged V8. For the 125th Anniversary Collector Series, Cadillac has concentrated on making that experience even more distinctive. Buyers can choose between two exterior finishes: exclusive Midnight Stone Frost or Vibrant White Tricoat. Customers will also have the opportunity to select their vehicle’s VIN and serial number.

The exterior receives unique forged 24-inch wheels, blue brake calipers, dark-finish badging, and heritage V8 puddle lamps. Carbon fiber also makes an appearance on the grille surround, mirror caps, lower rear fascia, and engine cover. Detailing includes exclusive illuminated sill plates, commemorative badging, premium floor mats, and a matching blue key fob. In other words, Cadillac made sure nobody would mistake this for an ordinary Escalade.

Luxury With A Splash Of Blue

Inside, the anniversary treatment continues with a Black and Sheer Gray two-tone interior accented by Santorini Blue stitching and seat belts. In case you’re wondering, Santorini Blue isn’t just a random styling decision. It was directly inspired by the V-Series emblem and has appeared throughout Cadillac’s performance and racing programs, including the Project GTP concept and V-Series race cars.

Is It Worth $239K

There’s no denying that $239,000 is serious money, especially when you consider the other performance machines available at that price, but Cadillac isn’t necessarily chasing bargain hunters. It’s fairly obvious that the 125th Anniversary Collector Series is aimed at enthusiasts who appreciate the Escalade-V’s unique combination of supercharged V8 performance, distinctly American luxury, and high exclusivity. Orders are already open, and one thing’s for sure: with just 252 examples planned, Cadillac’s birthday present won’t be something you’ll see parked at every stoplight.
