Law enforcement agencies around the globe have a wide variety of tools at their disposal for dealing with drug dealers and traffickers. One of the most effective methods is the seizure of drug dealers’ property and assets, including cars. And as we all know, drug dealers have excellent taste in flashy, fast cars, which means car auctions often yield some interesting buys.

In Ontario, Ohio, police recently busted a bath salts distribution network which resulted in the seizure of some pretty valuable property. Among the seized assets is a Synergy Green 2011 Chevy Camaro SS tuned by none other than SLP, reports the Mansfield Street Journal. The street value of this car is almost $100,000.

The bath salts business must be booming, as Ontario police seized 5,300 containers of bath salts worth more than $200,000 on the street from the apartment of Ahmad Fares in November of 2011. Fares was sentenced this October to four and a half years in prison, and his assets, including the Camaro, will be auctioned off on eBay. The auction proceeds will be used to pay off the car, with the remainder going into a police forfeiture fund for anti-drug campaigning and the like.

Want to get your hands on to this badass bath salts Camaro? The eBay auction is already well under way. Bidding currently sits at $40,000, though the reserve has yet to be hit. Even so, you could stand to get a pretty good deal on a highly modified Camaro reportedly boasting 585 horsepower and a host of upgrades from front to back.

Remember kids; drugs don’t pay.
