Hypertech just released its Max Energy 2.0 Power Programmer (Part # 2000) for the 2015 Camaro equipped with a 6.2L power plant. According to the release, 12+ horsepower and +20 lb-ft of torque can be gained when paired with a manual transmission and 20+ hp and +18 lb-ft of torque can gained on the 6.2L automatic Camaro.
Official Release and Features:
- Adjust tire pressure monitoring system warning pressures for larger than stock tires
- Speedometer correction for non-stock tire sizes from 24″-30″ and rear gear rations from 2.56:1-5.13:1
- Disable Active Fuel Management (AFM)
- Remove 0-60 electronic throttle restriction (Automatic only)
- Remove 1-4 skip shift (Manual)
- Adjust automatic transmission shift points
- LOWER top-speed limiter or RAISE top-speed limiter to match speed rating of factory-approved high-performance tires that are installed
- Adjust rev limiter +/-500 RPM in 100 RPM increments
- Read, display, and clear DTCs
