Camaro fanatics will spend tax day at Firebird International Raceway in Chandler, Arizona checking out some of the best 5th generation cars at the second annual Camaro5Fest. According to the Camaro5 this two-day event, April 15th and 16th, will be highlighted by the introduction of a new variant of the increasingly popular current Camaro. Two full days of drag racing, autocross, a car show, plus GM personnel and a couple of very special cars, should make every Camaro enthusiast in attendance very happy. A large number of GM employees who deal directly with the Camaro will be in attendance at this event, including Al Oppenheiser, Chief Engineer for the Camaro.
