ICT Billet LT4 Supercharger to LS3 Adapter Kit

ICT Billet has developed a bolt-on solution that brings LT4 supercharger performance to the LS world with clean, factory-style integration. These adapter kits allow you to mount a factory Eaton TVS 1.7L LT4 supercharger from a Corvette, Camaro ZL1, or CTS-V directly onto a Gen IV LS engine with rectangular-port heads such as LS3, L99, LSA, L94, L76, and L77.

LT4 Supercharger

Port injection done right. ICT Billet’s LT4-to-LS adapter kit tucks LS3-style injectors cleanly beneath the blower with billet precision and Holley Sniper EFI fuel rails to match.

This system was built for enthusiasts who want maximum power without compromising reliability or appearance. By supporting standard LS-style port fuel injection and four-bolt throttle bodies, ICT Billet has created a comprehensive package that simplifies the swap while delivering modern performance.

Application-Specific Fitment With Precision

The LT4 superchargers used on 2015–2019 Corvettes and 2017–2024 Camaro ZL1/CTS-V models have subtle but important differences in casting geometry, snout position, and height. ICT Billet addressed these differences by offering two distinct kits. The Corvette-specific version (P/N INA-LS3-LT-10) is tailored to fit the lower profile and unique drive layout of the Corvette blower. The Camaro/CTS-V version (P/N INA-LS3-LT-20) is optimized for the slightly taller housing and different snout design used on those models.

Each version is engineered to align properly with LS engine spacing, preserving pulley alignment and accessory clearance without shims, washers, or guesswork. The design incorporates proper geometry, whether you’re building a high-horsepower street car or one for track use.

Made In The USA

All aluminum components in these kits are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet at ICT Billet’s facility in Wichita, Kansas. Machining, assembly, and quality control all happen in-house using American-sourced materials. The included billet Gen IV LS valley cover is precision cut and includes an integrated oil pressure sensor provision, keeping the system clean and functional while offering sensor flexibility for EFI tuning or monitoring.

CNC-machined in Wichita, Kansas, every edge, port, and passage on ICT Billet’s LT4-to-LS adapter is cut for precision, performance, and perfect fitment.

The kits come complete with all required mounting hardware, seals, and O-rings. Brackets and fasteners are matched for exact fitment, and there’s no need to track down specialty parts from multiple vendors.

Retains LS3-Style Port Fuel Injection

Unlike Gen V LT engines, which rely on direct injection, the LS platform uses port injection. LT4 superchargers were never designed to accommodate this, so running one on an LS required custom work until now.

ICT Billet’s adapter system places LS3-style injectors in the valley beneath the blower, aimed directly into the intake runners. This approach enables the use of standard-length LS3 injectors, providing builders with a diverse range of injector options suitable for various fuels and power levels. From mild pump gas tunes to high-output E85 builds, the system adapts without complexity.

Each kit includes Holley billet fuel rails with -8 ORB fittings and custom-machined brackets to position them precisely. The result is a clean, tucked layout with simplified plumbing and solid mechanical engagement.

LS Throttle Body Compatibility And Clean Routing

To round out the intake system, the kit includes a billet throttle body rotation adapter designed for use with any standard four-bolt LS-style throttle body. The adapter reorients the throttle to accommodate engine bay packaging while maintaining proper alignment for drive-by-wire sensors or throttle cables.

LT4 Supercharger

Designed for strength and serviceability, ICT Billet’s LT4 pulley hub and throttle body adapter offer perfect alignment, OE-style sealing, and a clean front-end finish.

This design provides clear routing for charge pipes and vacuum lines while keeping the intake angle tight. It integrates seamlessly into most swap or retrofit setups and avoids the need for throttle extensions or odd couplers.

Dual-Belt Drive System for Reliable Boost

Each kit is configured for a dual-belt front drive, separating blower duties from engine accessories. The supercharger is powered by an 8-rib belt, while accessories run on a separate 6-rib belt. This approach improves belt traction and prevents tension fluctuations from affecting either system.

LT4 Supercharger

ICT Billet’s LT4 2.5-inch pulley and hub, precision-machined for press-fit installation and optimal belt grip in high-boost applications.

The included LT4 supercharger pulley is 2.5 inches in diameter and mounts to a billet hub designed to press onto the blower’s snout. During installation, the hub seats cleanly into the inner bearing race of the supercharger for proper alignment and long-term durability under high boost.

Drive-by-wire throttle bodies drop right onto ICT Billet’s adapter for a clean, aligned fit. Machined with precision, the adapter centers the throttle body perfectly while preserving OE-style sensor function and airflow.

This layout uses Corvette (-1) spacing and supports only low-mount A/C setups when used with LT4 adapter kits. For proper belt alignment and front drive configuration, pair it with the ICT Billet LSA balancer (P/N BAL301), alternator and power steering bracket (P/N 551521X-1), tensioner bracket (P/N 551189-LS01), and A/C bracket (P/N 551137-LS74-1).

What You Get in the Box

Both versions of the adapter kit include everything needed for installation. You’ll receive two billet intake adapters that mate the LT4 blower to LS rectangle-port heads, a billet LS valley cover with sensor port, custom fuel rail brackets, Holley -8 ORB fuel rails, the LS throttle body adapter, a billet supercharger hub, and a 2.5-inch pulley. All gaskets, O-rings, and stainless mounting hardware are included.

In The Kit

Both the Corvette and Camaro/CTS-V versions of the kit include:

  • (2) LT4-to-LS billet intake adapters
  • Gen IV LS billet valley cover with oil pressure sensor provision
  • Holley -8 ORB billet fuel rails
  • Custom billet fuel rail mounting brackets
  • Billet throttle body rotation adapter
  • LT4 2.5-inch supercharger pulley and press-fit hub
  • Complete set of mounting hardware, gaskets, and O-rings

Everything required for installation is included in the box. There are no extra fittings, adapters, or hidden parts needed to get the job done.

This is not a piecemeal solution. It’s a complete kit that goes from box to engine bay with minimal prep and zero fabrication.

Performance Without The Headaches

Swapping an LT4 supercharger onto an LS platform has traditionally meant compromises, custom machining, wiring workarounds, or fuel system hacks. ICT Billet’s kit removes those barriers by offering full support for LS fueling and throttle configurations, keeping your existing ECU, harness, and tuning strategies intact.

Front and side views of the complete LT4-to-LS engine combo show ICT Billet’s dual-belt drive layout, throttle body adapter, and billet-machined supercharger integration, all working in perfect alignment.

The kit also avoids the tuning complexity of direct injection and eliminates the need for additional controllers or expensive standalones. Builders are able to maintain control over fuel flow, select the appropriate injector, and calibrate the system without having to make any new adjustments.

Whether you’re adding boost to a street-driven LS3 or pushing an LSA short-block to its limits, the ICT Billet system offers dependable performance with a clean install and a factory-grade finish.

Application Notes

If you’re using a 2015–2019 Corvette LT4 supercharger, select the Corvette kit (P/N INA-LS3-LT-10). For 2017–2024 Camaro ZL1 and CTS-V superchargers, the correct choice is (P/N INA-LS3-LT-20). These kits are not interchangeable due to blower casting differences, snout offset, and hood clearance considerations.

As mentioned earlier, both kits are compatible with standard LS3-style heads and designed to work seamlessly with ICT Billet’s accessory drive systems. It’s worth repeating that these setups use Corvette (-1) spacing and only support low-mount A/C configurations. To ensure proper belt alignment, you’ll need the ICT Billet LSA balancer (P/N BAL301), alternator and power steering bracket (P/N 551521X-1), tensioner bracket (P/N 551189-LS01), and A/C bracket (P/N 551137-LS74-1).
