When NASCAR took a roaring stock car to France in 2023, the sheer noise and presence of the Garage 56 Camaro shocked the European racing elite. To celebrate that audacious entry into the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Chevrolet built a highly exclusive run of road cars. Now, a practically brand-new 2024 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Garage 56 Edition is heading to the auction block.
A Tribute To Le Mans History
Chevrolet, NASCAR, Hendrick Motorsports, Goodyear, and IMSA collaborated to create this limited edition. They designed the package to commemorate the Garage 56 NASCAR Camaro that competed in the 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans. The car wears a stunning Riptide Blue paint job, accented by a bold graphics package that mirrors the race car, featuring white NASCAR-style lettering, gold stripes, and special badging. Chevrolet produced only 56 of these units for the U.S. market, making it one of the most elusive sixth-generation Camaros in existence.

Proven LT Power Backed By A 6-Speed
While the livery screams race car, the powertrain delivers the punch to match. A supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 sits under the hood, cranking out 650 horsepower. The original buyer ordered this specific example with the enthusiast-preferred six-speed manual transmission, putting total control in the driver’s hands. To manage that power, Chevy equipped the car with Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 and an electronic limited-slip differential. Massive copper-free Brembo brakes bring the 20-inch Dark Graphite forged aluminum wheels to a halt.

Inside the Cockpit
The race-inspired theme continues inside the cabin. The interior is finished in Jet Black with carbon fiber trim and a suede-wrapped steering wheel. Despite its track focus, the car doesn’t sacrifice comfort, featuring heated and ventilated Recaro performance seats. It’s also packed with modern tech, including a Head-Up Display, rear camera mirror, and Chevy’s Performance Data Recorder, allowing the driver to capture lap times and video on track days.

A Rare Opportunity At Mecum Kissimmee
Finding a Garage 56 Edition is difficult; finding one with delivery mileage is nearly impossible. Crossing the block at Mecum Kissimmee on Thursday, January 15, this pristine Chevy serves as a celebration of the moment Detroit muscle took on the world’s most prestigious endurance race!
