It’s been the gorilla on the coffee table for a long time. We’ve heard about it, talked about it, shared videos of it running around tracks like the Nurburgring and Sebring, but it’s been like the one child whose parents refuse to admit they exist. Even those high-up in General Motors have let it slip from time to time that they’re proud of the car’s potential, but when asked, they slide into the boilerplate response, “I won’t discuss future product!”
Understandably, they likely enjoy their jobs most days, and would like to keep them if at all possible. Unlike some who have paid the price for being the first with the big news break.
Well, with all the hype about the car that doesn’t officially exist, we’re now seeing folks posting on social media that they know when Chevrolet will make an official statement about the car. They’re saying that GM will admit to the car’s existence, but the official reveal will be sometime in July. July 18th, to be exact. So, to re-cap what we know so far, tomorrow, this source will share with the world, whatever details he has about GM’s official reveal of the mid-engined C8 Corvette, which by the way, will reportedly be revealed on July 18, 2019. Yes, this year, according to this source.
We’ve been waiting for so long, what’s another day, right? We’ll keep an eye out for information, and the nice thing about this type of information, is that they are either right, or time will prove them to be wrong. Either way, we’ll keep you posted.

Would you like to go on record as to when YOU think GM will finally admit the car exists? Where do YOU think it will finally show up without any camo? Feel free to let us know in the comments section below. (UPDATE:) History has spoken, and HERE are all the details we know so far!
