That title is not just hyperbole, this C8 gave us no choice but to pay attention as we walked the halls of the 2025 SEMA Show. We’ve seen some very fast and powerful C8s, but this thing is just wild. Every inch of the cockpit is suede, there’s carbon fiber everywhere with a custom wide-body kit, carbon brakes and center-lock wheels. The crown jewel is the three-tip, Zonda-like exhaust system, a custom version of what Milltek actually makes and sells.

Label Motorsports is responsible for this crafty creation of supercar goodness, using a 2025 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 as the basis for 47PC Carbon Fiber Widebody Program. X MV Forged LM600 wheels are its one-of-one creation, measuring 20×10 front and 21×13 rear with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (265/30/20, 355/25/21). The Carbon Fiber Program includes: front and rear widebody fenders, door handle and door sill covers, exposed and ducted hood, front splitter, front bumper extensions, rear wing, rear engine vents, side skirts, fender vents, mirror covers, rear bumper extensions, triple rear diffuser, and dual plane canards.
While the Milltek exhaust system was not an off the shelf unit for the Label Motorsports C8 Z06, Milltek did show off its new direct-fit C8 Z06 system. Like the custom system, it is made from T304L stainless steel, which has a lower carbon content than traditional 304 stainless steel – better for welding and corrosion resistance. The system is 50-percent lighter than stock, reduces heat soak (remember the exhaust system is practically on top of the engine in these cars), and is direct-fit and emissions legal. Milltek uses some of the highest quality cats on the market, made by HJS, to withstand the higher temperatures with modified applications, such as with boost.
The Milltek C8 Z06 exhaust system uses beefy flanges, much like its Stingray and E-Ray kits. And the Z06 kit comes in a valved cat-back version for those that prefer to maintain the stock functionality to save your ear drums during cruising.
