In conjunction with the Detroit Tigers baseball team, the Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers recently unveiled a specially themed Camaro convertible for Tigers fans. On June 10, prior to a game with the Cleveland Indians, the limited edition Camaro was introduced at Comerica Field in Detroit.

Following a flash mob performance outside the stadium, 39 Detroit Tigers Camaros were on display for fans to see. The limited edition Camaro convertibles were sporting either orange and white or orange and black color schemes.

Also included are floor mats embroidered with the Detroit Tigers Old English ‘D’ logo. Each of the Metro Detroit Chevy Dealerships have one Camaro convertible, available for sale following the preview at the Tigers’ game.

“The Detroit Tigers have loyal, die-hard fans. To give our fans a first-look at Tiger themed Camaros will definitely create an even more intense sporting and entertainment experience while promoting some of the coolest cars Detroit has ever designed,” explained Ellen Hill Zeringue, Detroit Tigers’ vice president of Marketing.

The Tigers lost the game that day, 10-6 to the Indians. Let’s hope that the car sales do better.
