Hey So-Cal Corvette peeps, the 40th NC0CC Plastic Fantastic Corvette Show-N-Shine is this weekend in San Diego!  Held at the Embarcadero Marina Park , it’s the oldest all-Corvette show in the country.

The event is sold out with 400 Corvettes slated to roll on the grass this Sunday.  This is probably one of the most beautiful venues ever for a car show and a must attend if you’ve never been.

The Embarcadero Marina park is a man-made peninsula that creates a sparkling aquatic background for America’s only sports car.

Seaport Village to the east is great for attendees that want to shop, eat and linger while the more hardcore ‘Vette folks get lost in the crowd.

Take if from us, the best way to see this show is to get up early and beat the crowds and the traffic.  Getting there as early as possible will allow you to park close by, and get in before the throngs.  It’s also great fun to grab coffee and watch the cars roll through the entrance…

Here are the hours and timeline:

• Registration: 7:00am – 10:00am
• Show Parking opens no earlier than 7:00am and closes at 10:00am
• Participant’s choice ballots turned in by: 12:00pm
• Raffle Prizes: 10:00am – 2:00pm
• Awards Ceremony: 2:00pm
