This is what we like to see!

Sure, there are girls who like cars, girls who own nice cars, but there aren’t as many who like to race them! If you know any who like to race them as much as they like them, then you’re hanging out with the right people… We saw this video by HighTechCorvette while browsing the LS1Tech forums and it just goes to show that there are women out there who love to modify and race their cars as much as the majority of men on earth.

One refreshing thing we noticed throughout the video is that her car isn’t insanely modified, boasting over 1,100 horsepower – it’s an automatic, L99-engined, single turbo, sleeper 5th generation Camaro that runs 10.80’s in the quarter mile, and we love it.

Even though it seems her two runs on video were red light passes, the car still gets up and goes, and with no drama, at that – it hooks up beautifully. We don’t know much about the car, but at the same time, we don’t think the turbo is pushing more than 8 or 9 PSI – we could be wrong, though.

We also like her comment in the beginning of the video when she was asked if girls can actually be fast – she replied with a simple “uh, faster… than guys, yeah!” Those are the quick and witty answers we like to hear. We give this girl kudos for having a clean, sleeper, turbo Camaro and not being afraid to take it to the track to throw down some rubber.
