As many of you may already know, the Camaro is getting a fresh new facelift for 2019. We knew it wouldn’t be long after we first glimpsed the spy shots of the remodeled Camaro that more would eventually surface. Well, turns out, today is that day.

This time, though, its not just the one trim level– its what seems to be the entire lineup. When the heavily clad prototype was first spotted, there was speculation over what it might be. At first, many thought it might be the new Z/28, but the small brakes on the car were a dead giveaway that it wouldn’t be Camaro’s new flagship–instead it made more sense that it would be a mid-generation facelift.

In the last shots we saw, the front fascia was pretty much completely disguised under some odd-looking false front-end and, just like before, most of these test cars are pretty covered up.

Key word: most– One actually shed its big ol’ nose. However, it doesn’t look much different than the current ZL1. Does this mean the ZL1 front facia could be trickling down to the lower models? Possibly. But it seems odd that they would so heavily camouflage the other and at the same time expose one for all the world to see.

At this point, the SS, SS Convertible, and 1LT trim levels are covered up more than the others, so we’re guessing they’ll see the most changes to the exterior. One big change many of you probably already noticed, though, is the wheels. The old five-spoke wheels are swapped out for brand new more aggressive sets. The others are sporting just a few minor updates to the front and rear fascia.

While its said that the 2019 model year will only see minor aesthetic updates, hopefully we will see the work put in where it counts– under the hood. The entire lineup is rumored to adopt the 10-speed automatic from the ZL1 and the SS and ZL1 will likely see a power bump. More interior amenities will allegedly be brought over from the Cadillac ATS–making the sixth-gen’s already impeccable interior even more hospitable.

The 2019 Chevrolet Camaro will supposedly make its debut in early 2018. Keep checking back for more details.
