Adding an LS engine to just about anything seems almost normal, but the addition of the famed GM power plant is gaining traction in the supercar market. Autoblog updated their coverage of the Polish automaker Arrinera’s new supercar offering. So far there is really no need to add the insert subsequent Polish joke here, other than lack of quality audio in the YouTube clip. With 638 horsepower wedged behind the seats and video footage of the elusive car on the streets and highways, actually including the audio would have seemed like a good idea. Despite the audio fail, the rest of the machine takes styling cues from the Italian supercar manufacturers and it’s hard to find fault there.
The car features what Autoblog called a Lamborghini-like front end and sides. Regardless of the similarities in the front, the rear of the car is nothing but unique thanks to radical designs and the diagonal LED taillights. Much like Lady Gaga, this exotic ride attracts plenty of paparazzi behavior from other motorists. Drivers, stalkers and car lovers take advantage of cellphones, point and shoot and even one DSLR camera to document the Arrinera sighting. With the sheer volume of attention this newest LS9-powered offering from Arrinera is commanding the attention of both the public and press.
