Attention gear heads and fun-seekers in Oakland County, Michigan: the city of Wixom is about to get a lot more fun on the weekends.
That’s because Lingenfelter, the famous car tuner group out of Decatur, Indiana, is putting its own spin of the popular caffiene-plus-vehicles meet-ups that take place all over the country. It’s the Lingenfelter Cars & Coffee event, held at the company’s northern Engine Build Facility on 47451 Avante Drive.
From now until the 20th of September, you and a bunch of fellow enthusiasts can call this event, as the flyer states, “a place to take your ride, share stories, and see some amazing cars.”
Beyond that, Lingenfelter will be conducting a good thing behind the scenes with suggested donations for the Gleaners Food Bank, a 501(c)(3) organization that secures and stores food for 350 Hunger Relief Agencies across the state of Indiana. So even if you’re not much of a coffee drinker, you can still benefit the unfortunate Hoosiers who struggle with day-to-day hunger.
What’s more, this event does not discriminate; makes and models of all years and conditions are allowed to enter in, so feel free to cruise in your Deuce Coupe, Challenger T/A, or even the Ford Probe that you keep hidden away in the shed. Also, since there’s no fees, the only price of admission is a little gasoline and a friendly attitude.

…to Corvettes, anything is welcome. The Lingenfelter Cars & Coffee takes all kinds, no questions asked.
