The era of “Modern Muscle” is upon us, and as technology and modern advancements continue to make their way into cars right off the showroom floor to make them lighter, faster, and more efficient – the aftermarket will continue to make the push to support these new arrivals. At this year’s PRI show it was more than evident that the new era of muscle continues to be embraced with open arms.

We stopped by to visit with our friends over at Billet Specialties to see what they have up their sleeves for us in Twenty 14. We were in for quite a treat when Scott Sandoval, Sales and Marketing Manager for Billet Specialties, showed us their all-new 17×4.5-inch Street Lite series for modern muscle car street/strip applications.

“These one-piece forged front ‘skinnies’ are designed specifically for today’s modern vehicles with larger brake systems,” shared Sandoval when telling us more about the new wheel line-up for weekend and hardcore drag racers alike. Featuring two-inch backspace and two inches of caliper clearance, these bad boys work perfectly for all the 5th Gen. Camaros, the Dodge SRT line-up, Mustangs, Supra, and more.

As with every single product that Billet Specialties brings to market, these new 17-inch Street Lites meet the highest industry standards for testing and quality including SFI 15.2 certified.
