BP Automotive offers its Holley EFI standalone harnesses designed to aid the LS-swap process for any vehicle. This standalone harness was specifically designed to work for those installing the 1997-2006 GM LS-based engines with the black crank position sensor and cable throttle body with a 4L60E or 4L80E transmission. Although this harness won’t work for the drive-by-wire set, this harness will eliminate some of the potential LS swap headaches. To make things even more user-friendly, BP Automotive utilizes a combination of GM and Holley color-coding, thus making your LS swap a less taxing experience.
Features and Specifications
When developing this harness, BP Automotive made sure to include some very important connections, such as the throttle position sensor, alternator, wideband upstream oxygen sensor, cam position sensor, and more. In fact, there are 18 connections that are included in the Holley EFI standalone harness. The only connections that the user will need to hookup are the fuel pump, switched ignition, and brake switch; all of which are required, but with the amount of time you will be saving this harness is well worth it. As an added benefit, this harness includes integrated injector wiring, sub harnesses, and alternator wiring.
BP Automotive uses high-quality materials to develop its Holley EFI standalone harness to ensure that the customer receives a solid product that exceeds their expectations. According to BP Automotive, color-coded TXL wire is used in this standalone harness to ensure that meets or exceeds SAE standards. In order to make sure that its product handles the heat, both the wideband oxygen sensor and crankshaft position circuits are treated to 1,200° Fiberglass Braid.
