With new innovations pouring out, Lokar seems to be paving the way for better-built vehicles, featuring modern touches. When it came to this year’s SEMA show, we were quite impressed to say the least.
Lokar’s booth was overflowing with tons of new goodies to give your project vehicle that mesmerizing final detail; allowing you to set your build apart from the others. For sticklers on the finer details, Lokar is now producing single-touch door handles with a universal fit. This means no matter which car you’re building, Lokar’s handles are sure to fit. Each handle features a two-piece design with removable inserts for a custom touch.
What’s more, it’s weather proofed and available with a 0- to 10-degree mounting surface. Machined from 6061-T-6 billet aluminum, it also features stainless steel hardware and are available in a brushed or polished finished. Want it color matched? The surface is paintable, too!
Also new from Lokar is ’67-72 Chevy/GMC C-10 truck direct-fit brake and clutch pedal arms. Curved pedal parts are included as well as a bronze pivot bushing for increased durability. Pedal assemblies are offered in brush or black finish.
For late-model enthusiasts infatuated with improving the driveability of their LS swapped muscle car, Lokar hit another product out of the part, again. This year, Lokar is reintroducing the direct fit throttle pedal pad for Cadillac CTS-V Drive-By-Wire pedals. Designed to replace the original pedal pad of the Cadillac CTS-V drive-by-wire throttle pedals. Each pedal assembly fits GM pedal number 10379038 and is constructed from billet aluminum. Included are rubber inserts for added traction. These pedals are available in a brushed or black finish.
Of course, last but not least. When you thought you couldn’t already improve on the shift knob, Lokar is introducing a new line of aluminum shift knobs with a safety lock-out teflon line button for automatic transmissions. Available also for manual shift levers with 3/8-inch threads.
