For years now, when someone needed a high-quality truck wheel that was built to last and designed to impress, American Force was the trusted name. The vast majority of the trucks on display at this year’s SEMA Show were dressed with American Force wheels, whether they were giant lifted trucks, or air-equipped duallys sitting on the ground. We were impressed by the designs to say the least and stopped by a few booths to check them out.
We had a few minutes to speak with Nick Chin at the booth who explained, “There are five key items that we are bringing in this year. The first being our 28-inch dually wheels, which is the first to market. Additionally, we have the 26×16-inch, two-piece wheel which is assembled with all ARP hardware, and is an extremely solid wheel, built to last, with a lifetime warranty.” If you’re running a lowered dually or just looking for the largest wheel in town, these are sure to draw some looks!
Chin continued, “Next up is part of our American Force Muscle line, shown here on the C7 Corvette. The cool thing about this is, is that all of your toys can now have a similar design from one manufacturer.” We could only imagine how sweet this truck would look pulling your Corvette on a flatbed trailer down the road, customized to match. Maybe they’ll even make you a set of trailer wheels to finish off the rig.
The off-road market appears to be on an upward swing, especially with the ever popular UTVs, or side-by-sides, hitting the market by storm. We figured this was a worthy addition, and Chin explained that the bead lock is new for the year, and is available in a number of sizes suiting vehicles from UTVs, to Jeeps, to trucks.
Nick finished our meeting explaining, “The biggest thing we wanted to mention is our new investment in robotics. Since our wheels are not mass-produced, we have had some decent lead times ranging from three to six weeks depending on the design. The robotics will help with our finishing process, allowing us to get the wheels out faster, while maintaining a level of consistency.”
