We all know that nitrous systems increase power considerably by allowing more fuel to be burned. At certain temperatures, the molecules of nitrous oxide break down and release oxygen atoms. The additional oxygen creates the demand for additional fuel to achieve perfect combustion. More fuel equals more power!
When it comes to nitrous injection technology, Nitrous Express (NX) is at the top of its game. This year at the SEMA Show, NX surprised us with some exciting news.
Ryan Lewis, marketing director for Nitrous Express, gave us scoop on new products for LS engines, Corvette C7, and 2014 and newer EcoTec3 GM trucks. These new products range from pre-plumbed intake manifolds to complete bolt-on nitrous plate systems.
All you need to do is pull the intake out of the box and install it. – Ryan Lewis, Nitrous Express
In addition, two new nitrous plate systems have been added to the NX line of products. One for the 2014 and up GM Trucks with the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 engine, and the other for the Corvette C7.
According to Lewis, “The GM 5.3-liter EcoTec plate includes jetting for up to 300 horsepower, and the Corvette C7 90 mm single stage plate system includes jetting for 50 and up to 400 horsepower.”
The new plate systems feature spraybarless technology for ultimate atomization and distribution. The billet plate simply bolts between the throttle body and the intake manifold, making installation quick and easy.
Ryan added excitedly, “And, we still have the three-bolt plate for the early LS generation engines. All our plates use O-ring gaskets and even OE GM gaskets, and we have a specific plate for the LS3 5th Generation Camaro.”
So there you have it, folks. In-depth engineering, quick and easy installation, affordable pricing, and more power. If nitrous injection is what you are looking for, check out Nitrous Express using the contact information below.
