Telorvek fuel injection wiring kits have been very popular for almost two decades but limited in application. Ron Francis Wiring has introduced a new kit that covers the 58-tooth LS engines from 2005 through 2012. The Telorvek design, when combined with Ron Francis Wiring’s pre-installed sensor connectors on color-coded and printed wires, creates an easy-to-install, bulletproof electrical system.
The Telorvek design places the junction panel between the engine sensors and the computer — this placement allows greater flexibility in wire lengths, allowing the installer to create neat and compact wiring runs. Troubleshooting is far easier with cleaner wire runs, plus the computer can be located anywhere inside the vehicle.
As with all Ron Francis wiring kits, the package comes with detailed instructions and tech support.
In recent years, Ron Francis Wiring has released several kits specifically for the Ford vehicles, which left the GM crowd wondering when their professional quality wiring kits were going to show up. “We kind of got delayed on the GM stuff because of all the demand from the Ford builders, said Scott Bowers.
When asked what the benefits were to the new GM LS-IV 58 tooth wiring kit is, Bowers responded by saying, “We have a couple of different little pieces, connect the dots, added some different grommets, some pigtails, and problem-solvers that round out the kit.”
While that may not sound earth-shattering, simplifying wiring for every-day enthusiasts is a real award-winner. The change will require reprogramming the ECM.
