LS Fest West in Las Vegas, Nevada, is right around the corner. It’s a fantastic event for any car enthusiast as you can find just about every make and model vehicle on the grounds of Las Vegas Motor Speedway. There you will be able to see all types of attractions, including drag racing, off-road racing, autocross competition, and many more. However, if you arrive in Las Vegas the day before the show, April 22, we have another treat for you. LSX Magazine will be hosting our second annual Valley of Fire cruise.

We will meet up at Las Vegas Motor Speedway at 3:00 pm on April 22 before departing at 4:00 pm and head to the Valley of Fire. The event is open to anyone that wants to attend, and you will only be responsible for a small fee to get into the park. This is a fantastic time to meet some of our staff, check out the cool cars, and talk to other enthusiasts before LS Fest kicks off on April 23. Also, we will have one of our project vehicles there, the Dirty Bird, leading the charge to the state park.
This scenic route is a great way to unwind as we twist and turn through one of Nevada’s most beautiful state parks. Known for its bright red Aztec sandstone wrapped in gray and tan limestone, the Valley of Fire offers a beautiful landscape, including the White Domes Road, Rainbow Vista Trail, and the Prospect Trail. Park entry is $10.00 for Nevada residents and $15.00 for non-Nevada vehicles. Be sure and bring the correct amount as the visitor center will be closed.
We hope that you will make plans to join us on April 22 for the LSX Magazine Valley of Fire cruise. And for more information on hiking, camping, trail maps, and more, please visit the Valley of Fire State Park website.
