DeatschWerks Releases Ford Coyote And GM LS1 Aluminum Fuel Rails

New from DeatschWerks – the fuel rails for Ford Mustang 5.0 Coyote and GM LS1/LS6. These fuel rails are CNC’d from billet T6061 aluminum with integrated brackets to increase stiffness and precision. See more details below.

Official Release:

DeatschWerks has expanded its fuel rail product category to include two popular modern-muscle applications: Ford Mustang 5.0 Coyote and GM LS1/LS6. Both the Mustang and GM LS rails have a starting retail price of $259. These rails are available immediately for order from DW dealers and distributors around the world.

The DW fuel rails are CNC’d from billet T6061 aluminum with integrated brackets to increase stiffness and precision. After machining, the rails are hard anodized in a black finish for durability and compatibility with all fuels. The rails are made with -8AN ORB inlets and outlets utilizing bore diameters that exceed AN spec by 80% to maximize fuel system flow. DW rails are adaptable for use in both OE configurations and full return systems. The DW rails also feature 1/8” NPT top ports and 3/8” NPT bottom ports which allow integration points for nitrous, pressure gauges, fuel pulsation pampers, and other rail accessories. A Schrader Valve is included with each set for easy and accurate fuel pressure data logging during tuning sessions.

A new low profile DW Fuel Pulsation Damper (FPD) is also being released. The DW FPD decreases noise and pressure fluctuations in dead-headed and returnless configurations. The DW FPD has a compact 40mm diameter for flexible integration into an aftermarket fuel system. It is available in both -8AN ORB and 3/8” NPT configurations. The 3/8” NPT version can be bottom-mounted on DW rails for a more stealth appearance. The -8AN ORB vision can be mounted on DW rail outlets in returnless deadheaded systems.

DW rails are offered in multiple kit options to meet your needs… rails, rails + crossover, rails + plumbing kits, or rails + plumbing kits + injectors. The DW FPD is sold separately. The -8AN part number is 6-FPD-8AN; the 3/8” part number is 6-FPD-38 – both FPDs have a retail price of $69.
