GM is planning to roll the first 2014 Cadillac CTS off of the assembly line and onto the auction block. The first 2014 Cadillac CTS Vsport will be auctioned off for charity, with the money benefitting the SAE Foundation to help STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) college applicants.

Cadillac managed to balance affordability, luxury, and performance in the CTS sedan, which almost single-handedly revived the brand as the Standard of the World. So any CTS successor had big boots to fill. Well, the 2014 Cadillac CTS fills those boots, and then some.
