SEMA 2016: E-Z UP Instant Shelters Shows ’61 Restomod ‘Vette

If you’re a show and shine guy or gal, you probably know the guys from E-Z UP instant shelters.  Owner Mark Carter’s invention of the original flat top model in 1983, to the peak top in 1986; E-Z UP continues to use the highest quality materials and top notch craftsmanship for its Instant Shelter. E-Z UP is passionately driven by innovation. The latest product line has redefined the industry once again, with a new line of vibrant colors and advanced features.

Screen Shot 2016-11-20 at 12.21.24 PM After more than 30 years some of E-Z UP’s greatest accomplishments include employees celebrating 20 and 30 year anniversaries, customers still using a shelter made over 20 years ago, and thousands of awesome stories told all the time about how E-Z UP products are used in personal and professional life.

For Corvette guys, E-Z UP had a real treat.  We talked with E-Z UP’s Gary Sharp and he shared what they brought to the show this year.  “We brought our highly customized resto-mod designed and built exclusively by E-Z UP chairman and founder Mark Carter.  From concept to production, the level of detail, ingenuity and originality put into the ’61 Corvette is a symbol of E-Z UP’s commitment to providing lasting, innovative products made from superior materials.  In the spirit of E-Z UP, as the original Instant Shelter brand, the vehicle celebrates E-Z UP’s quality and excellence that continue to be recognized across the globe.”

Additionally, “Growing up in Southern California in the ’70s, I’ve always been connected with the local car culture, and after all the time and hard work put into the E-Z UP Corvette, I can honestly say I’m proud to show it at the upcoming SEMA Show,” said Mark Carter, chairman and founder of E-Z UP. “The attention to detail and precision put into the vehicle truly reflects the company created in 1983 – E-Z UP’s passion for quality in each and every product ensures the finished result is high-caliber and stands above the rest.”

E-Z UP can also print most anything on your E-Z UP shelter for advertising, car clubs or whatever you can dream up.
