With the Chevrolet Camaro being the most popular performance modification platform at the 2010 SEMA Show, we have no doubt that the model will once again be out in full force this year. One thing is for certain; at least one incredible Camaro will be featured at the 2011 SEMA Show thanks to Martin Technologies and Grip Tuning. As the result of the two companies teaming up, a very unique performance Camaro convertible will be on display, promising to give the upcoming factory ZL1 a run for its money. Check out the sneak peak of this Camaro before it makes its SEMA Show debut.
Martin Technologies and Grip Tuning are calling the result of their collaboration the Martin Z875. Featuring a custom 875 horsepower 427 CIi supercharged and intercooled engine, the Martin Z875 makes use of custom pistons, rods, camshaft, crankshaft and specialty tuning from the noted racecar builder and owner of Martin Technologies, Harold Martin. The Camaro also features a stainless steel high-performance exhaust.
As far as looks go, the Martin Z875 is equipped with a unique Grip Tuning body kit that gives the car an aggressive look through the use of unique rocker panels, front and rear air dams and a highly-styled rear deck lid spoiler. In addition to the body kit, the Camaro sports BBS black painted wheels, Toyo tires and a custom red and black interior.
The Martin Z875 is the second car to be added to the Extreme Elegance collection as a collaboration between Martin Technologies and Grip Tuning. With many more cars set to be added to the collection, Grip Tuning will be featuring the vehicle in their SEMA Show booth as well as the Grip Tuning Camaro body kit.
If you’re fortunate enough to attend the 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas in early November, be sure to stop by booth #13047 and check out the Martin Z875 live and in person. For more information on the Martin Z875 check out the websites for both Grip Tuning and Martin Technologies.
